A Consultation or Tuition course consists of:

• 4 one-hour Skype video calls
• A written summary of what we discussed in the call and any additional notes inspired by the content of the call.
• Follow-up email support to make sure you stay on track.
• Follow-on benefits, like special, return-customer pricing.

How the Skype-Based Service Works

Contact K-Sound using the contact form when you want to book a Skype course

• Once confirmed, send us a detailed email of your system setup, recording goals, skill level and anything else that you think will help us take care of your requirements effectively. Include as much detail as you can.
• We’ll then be in touch to discuss convenient call times with you.
• Once we have set times for the 4 one-hour calls add us to your Skype contacts karonasound
• We’ll send you notification to pay a 50% deposit up front.
• We will email you a reminder the day before the first call and we’ll call you on the start date/time.
• The full balance will be paid once the 4th and final call is complete and we’ll send all additional material that is included with the course after full payment.

You can choose any dates for your calls, so you can either have a call once a week or 4 days running if you prefer – subject to availability.
